Spartan Construction is top notch. Roland and his staff were professional, personable and honest. The quote he provided was by far the best compared to the other quotes we obtained. Roland was also very accommodating to our moving timeline as we had other exterior work being done to our home that took longer than expected. When his crew arrived they took the time to review the project in detail. It made us feel confident in their work and they certainly delivered. Our gutters were installed in less than a day and the crew left it super clean. We are so grateful to have found this company. We have already referred them to our friends!

First of all I would like to share that it was a song experience working with this company. Very professional and very responsive. I requested a quote for new gutter install and Roland was very quick and responsive, he was one of the first ones to come and give me a quote. When I reached out for modifications and price adjustment. Both Roland and Luisa were very quick in responding and gave me The best possible quote. They made my decision so easy it was a no brainer to choose them. Luisa was kind and courteous just accommodating the is tall schedule and kept me informed on the possible dates and helped me choose one as early as possible. On the day of installation, I met Fernando and Marcos who were very professional and explained me their plan of action for the day and explained the process. They were very organised with the approach and very meticulous, detail oriented with the install. Overall at the end of the install I am very satisfied with the outcome and how it looks. Overall from Requesting quote to completion of the install the process was so smooth and each person involved in every step was amazing and professional. It’s an amazing company to work with. I would recommend them to all my friends who are in need of gutter work.

I'm so glad I chose Spartan Construction. The estimator came the morning after I contacted them. Not only did he give me a plan for installing gutters, but also for 2 extra problems, a leak in the awning and one at the end of the roof. The crew came on time and got right to work and didn't need any direction from me. Their work was meticulous and there was no sign of them doing all that work except the very nice new gutters. I would hire them again because there was no hassle and the price was much lower than other bids I received. I highly recommend Spartan Construction. You won't regret getting them for whatever project you have.

Roland was great with offering solutions and suggestions for the configuring of the gutter system. He created a design, produced and installed it quickly and efficiently. It has provided exactly the solution I needed. Several years ago, I had a patio cover installed by Orange County Raingutters and Patio Covers. The cover goes across the entire length of the house and has several heights. I have received numerous compliments on the patio cover and, at first look, most people do not realize it is not wood. Roland ran electrical through the cover so I have a number of sets of lights for the patio and also lights that shine onto the lawn. The cover is very easy to clean and maintain and I love that I do not have to repaint or worry about termites or other damage like with a wood cover. I would definitely recommend using Orange County Raingutters and Patio Covers and will use them again.
