Pricing is based on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to follow-up with an email or phone call to get a better idea of the homeowner's project. Once we have that first initial call, then I would like to do an in-home walk-thru to see the project firsthand. During the meeting, I take pictures and take the necessary measurements to pass along to our subcontractors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work for Toll Brothers in Seattle in their Warranty Department. I am very familiar of what it takes to work in a lived in home and will ensure our subcontractors and us take care of your home like it is ours. I bring 10+ years of construction experience. I have earned my Construction Management Certificate, a Bachelors in Business Administration, and have experience working on remodeling homes and condos in the Seattle and San Diego area.
