- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first thing I do is identify their needs and expectations. Once identified, we formulate a plan and service agreement that works with their budget, time, location, etc. Every event is unique and I like to work with people as closely as possible so that we really focus on creating the type of experience they are looking for, all things considered.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
