- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like with most things, you get what you pay for. We are a high-end electrical company offering a full experience! Your technician takes extra time to thoroughly explain issues to you as well as what you can do as a consumer to extend the life of your electrical equipment and how to future proof your home. We are NOT looking to be the lowest bid, so please don't expect that, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to leave our customers satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep it light, professional and simple. Call for an appointment, get an estimate, and more times than not you'll have the job done that day on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction field since high school, working summer jobs framing large homes in the Hamptons NY. I attended Westhampton Beach high school where I was able to go through a vocational program for residential electrical theory and hands on training. My years in college were for electrical (more theory etc.) Since then I've worked in the the field. My family and I made the decision to move to Oceanside California in 2016 for the beautiful weather SoCal has to offer. I have worked on residential, commercial and industrial projects the past 6yrs and obtained my C10 Master Electrician license January of 2022 🙏
