We knew that a “day of” Wedding Coordinator was a good general concept. What we didn’t anticipate was that Hiring Adriana Nguyen would change the entire Wedding experience. Everything was handled. Every detail, every concern, every potential issue was taken on by Adriana so that my groom and I could celebrate! We met in person at the chapel and reception venue in advance of the big day to briefly discuss details. It was this day that brought me confidence in the decision to entrust our day with Adriana. Adriana asked questions we had never considered and her guidance in making those decisions were exactly what we needed. Adriana communicated additional questions via text leading up to the rehearsal and her input that day was beyond measure. Our wedding day was perfect! Adriana accomplished all of the tasks needed and kept us calmly on a predetermined schedule… tried several times to get us to sit down and enjoy a plate of the fantastic meal:) and smiled the entire day. My husband and I will recommend Adriana for any “Big Day” happily.

I had a fantastic wedding due to the help of this amazing coordinator! She was always calm and knew what she was doing. We had a great dynamic and she slayed!!! The beach ceremony she was timely, not too strict, not too relaxed, she cued at the right moments and got everything setup and orderly. During my reception, things were a bit crazy because it was a 175 people wedding and I was behind my schedule I set out for the speeches, but she was like, hey, it’s fine, this is what I recommend. Can’t thank her enough for keeping it together and always looking out for me~

Adriana was so great to work with. She had to troubleshoot many things on the wedding day and she knew how to make decisions on our behalf, from setup to timeline to vendor management, she was on top of it! Our DJ dropped the ball a couple of times, but she was on him like a hawk. I recommend Adriana to anyone who needs a good advocate on their big day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat fee for 7 hrs, 1 hr rehearsal, 1 venue, 30miles from 92054, 150person max event. Additional fees apply for anything outside these parameters. Consider me if you are a DIY bride and just needs day of coordination. I will send you my detailed pricing. Thank you for considering! :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is crucial! I get a feel for the clients style & wedding vibe. Some couples are very formal while others really want a relaxed event. Since most my clients are DIY brides, my job is to bring their hard work and planning to life the day of the wedding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning and running corporate events for years! Anything from small intimate private dinners to large scale events that required hotel booking, conference rooms and international travel coordination. I prefer weddings so I am focusing on weddings only now.
