I’ve been planning events for 25 years, which means I have a lot of experience to ensure your exciting day goes smoothly. Event planning is something that runs in my blood, it’s something that I picked up on from my mom at a young age. I’ve always been everyone’s go to for event planning, which has given me the confidence to start my own business. I specialize in weddings, corporate events, anniversary parties, birthday parties, baby showers and so much more. I love what I do because I get to be involved in some of my client’s happiest moments. I’m happy take the stress from the clients, so they can just enjoy their event instead of stressing over the small or large details.

Annemarie was such a great addition to the wedding vendors I worked with for our September 2018 wedding. I planned to hire all the vendors myself, so I did not need full coordination services - Annemarie assured me that she was able to offer any level of coordinator I needed. It was very apparent from the start the Annemarie is an industry expert, she was able to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process, and provide great vendor recommendations for gaps I needed to fill in. Annemarie worked closely alongside me in the month leading up to the wedding to get all of the vendor contracts from me, put together a timeline, and contact the vendors ahead of time. I knew that my wedding was in good hands, the wedding day went without a hitch thanks to Annemarie. She is the definition of professional, and I would without a doubt hire her for any future event planning needs, she is trustworthy, adaptive & experienced - it shows!

Annemarie made our son's graduation party fantastic. I was able to relax and enjoy myself while hearing people comment on what a great party it was. I would highly recommend her and use her for a future event.

Annemarie single-handedly made my wedding process better in just one month of hiring her, OBVIOUSLY making me sad to know I didn't have her my entire COVID wedding process (span of 2 years). Let me mention, I reached out around 8am around a month out from my wedding, she responded and allowed me to book her within the hour of reaching out, and got right to work. My venue was not exactly the most friendly or helpful venue leading up to the big day and there was a plethora of 'tasks' and 'must haves' that I would've never been able to know about or achieve if it wasn't for her. She stood up for me and made sure my needs were met with the venue and beyond that. Annemarie made me excited, heard, comfortable, and the focus of every conversation. As the days neared my wedding, she went above and beyond and made the venue 10x more beautiful and seen by us and our families. I promise you won't regret hiring Annemarie, I wish there were more boxes or more stars for me to check because she is more than I could've imagined. The day would've been very different without her and I couldn't be more grateful for somehow organizing my entire life so fast. She and her assistant Skylar were kind, helpful, and accommodating to everyone who attended while still making sure my immediate family/bridal parties didn't have to worry about anything. SO. PLEASEEEE don't hesitate and hire this boss a** woman. You won't regret it and your day will be flawless. My favorite thing I get to look back on is being reminded daily when people ask me "How did everything go??" without hesitation I get to respond "Perfect, not a thing I would change."

When I first started planning my wedding, I kept seeing tons of articles saying that you didn't need a wedding coordinator. I can whole heartedly say, that is the furthest thing from the truth. Planning a wedding during COVID already felt so overwhelming, because I wanted to make it as safe as possible and that was when I realized I was going to need some help. I found Annemarie by chance and I am SO thankful I did. From the first conversation we had, I felt so at ease and felt so much support. She reminded me of things I needed to do, that I never would have even thought about. When she arrived at my wedding, all my anxiety went away and I knew she would make it the best day ever. She set things up without me even asking her, made things like my cake table look better than I could have imagined (again without me asking), she kept me on track, made sure I ate (which is so important on such a busy day), she was friendly to all my guests, and my whole bridal party said that they couldn't imagine the day without her. She truly took care of me and everything the entire day. I only booked her for month of coordination, which is a super great option, however if I knew how much work it would be to plan a wedding and how AMAZING she would be, I would have hired her for the entire planning. If you are looking for a coordinator, she is the best of the best and I cannot recommend someone more.
