You CAN dance at McCann Dance, North County’s home for partner dancing. Our goal is to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable to learn how to dance and socialize with an amazing community of dancers of al levels!

This is basically a cut and paste from my review on Yelp but it is all true so bears repeating. Jason is the consummate professional. He is kind, patient and understanding yet very thorough, effective and focused in his instruction. He has great knowledge of ballroom dancing and makes every lesson enjoyable and fun. I leave each session excited to come back for the next one. You can't go wrong working with Jason. He will give you the individualized attention and encouragement you need to obtain your goals without the hard sell. I have not had the opportunity to take classes from Elisa but the few times we have spoken she has been courteous, kind and helpful and she dances like a dream!

Elisa has such a strong drive in her teaching capabilities. I've loved taking lessons with her based upon a non pressure atmosphere as well as someone who shows such compassion for the art of Ballroom dancing. As someone who has taken many lessons over the years, I feel as though I'm not pressured to come back for lesson, because I didn't quite achieve what I wanted, but more so the fact that she makes me want to know more, do more and feel more in my dancing life. So overall she's an amazing Teacher, and wonderful person to learn from.

I really appreciate Jason's insight to be able to explain a complicated concept as step by step even for a novice dancer like myself. He also makes dancing very fun! I was fortunate to find him as my teacher, and I can't imagine any better teacher. He is simply the best!!!!
