I hold a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from California State University Fullerton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from California State University San Marcos. Along with my formal education, I have years of hands-on experience in IT management, technical support, system security, and project implementation across corporate, educational, and nonprofit sectors. My background ensures I can provide expert, reliable, and efficient tech support for any in-home or small business needs.
