- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't do quotes based on the square footage of the facility. Instead, we do a walk-through and assess the needs of your facility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After doing the initial walk-through I will email you a comprehensive quote listing daily, weekly, and cleaning tasks so we both know what to expect. If you are currently working with a cleaning company we will wait for the 30-day cancellation notice and if not we will pick up the keys ASAP and start working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a team, we have over 12 years of cleaning experience. And the person in charge of quality control was a cleaning supervisor in a hotel for 2 years.
