With over 38 years of experience, Coggins Construction is your number one construction company. We are dedicated to our customers and build a professional relationship with them on and off the site. Patrick has been my "GO-TO" guy since 2012. He's helped with a number of jobs with a wide level of skills necessary. I appreciate that he has always been on time, or early. He works very quick and focused. His quality is masterful. Last, his prices very fair! You'll be happy with the work.

Over the years I have renovated an 1897 home, converted a single home into 2 apartments and a gift shop and completely redone a kitchen all in Minnesota. Too bad I couldn't have had Coggins Construction do all of those jobs. Unlike past experiences, Patrick Coggins told me every day when he would show up the next and what he would do---he showed up when he said he would and did exactly as promised. He is knowledgeable, creative and his prices are very fair. His workers were efficient, everyone was neat, respectful and even nice to my obnoxious dog. I really can't say enough good things about the whole experience. I will continue to work with Coggins in the future. Thank you Patrick for the wonderful work on my patio, the new woodwork in my house and all the extra nice touches.

This is my strong recommendation for Coggins Construction. Patrick of Coggins Construction is a local licensed contractor professional with over four decades of experience under his belt. We spent a lot of time talking with him discussing options and both he and his wife visited our home on the weekend. We hired Patrick to demo the front living room, demo the entryway, remove skylights, and reframe everything the original as built state. Patrick and his team have a passion for construction and it shows on the job. We had a strict timeline to meet. They showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up well after each day. Also they were very kind to my family, even my hyper Chihuahua! I had a few scope changes throughout and Patrick was able to accommodate my requests with great price and no impact to schedule. Thank you Coggins Construction for transforming our house into a home!

Coggins Construction's pricing is calculated depending on the size, time duration, and scope of each project. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dedicated my time to familiarize myself with the construction by going to construction school. I learned priceless on-site training that has given me a leg up when formulating quotes and price structures. Having an education and on-site training in this field allows my decision making to be non-basis and more well rounded
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family goes back 4 generations of construction workers. As a child, I practically grew up on a job site where I was taught the basic fundamentals of construction. As the years went on, I took an interest in this field and never looked back.
