- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fee AKA house call fee is $90. As there are many different repairs, we prefer not to discuss exact pricing until we know what exactly we need to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment for tech to diagnose. Tech explains to the customer what is broken and how much it will be to perform repair. The Customer accepts. Tech performs repair and the customer pays.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
California Appliance Repair License, EPA certification, Training certificates.
