I had a leaking water heater in November 2023 and asked Daniel to look at it after I had a few quotes from plumbing companies that were too expensive. He told me that in order to keep my home insurance viable he needed to install the heater in a specific way so that the water heater could be inspected by the city, but it was my decision whether I wanted that or not, which was very compassionate of him. I decided to go with the cheaper route knowing I was in a money bind at the time. After he assessed everything he went to the nearby plumbing supply store and sent me a bill for the materials he needed for the job. This made me feel assured that he was not overcharging me for them. After I payed for the materials he brought everything over to my house and got the job done in around 2 hours, which was a lot quicker than I expected. I was really happy with how clean and neat he was while he did it. After he was done he let me know that I needed a pressure regulator in order to avoid more leaks. A few months later my backyard hose bib started leaking and called Daniel. He convinced me to install the new regulator along with the hose bib. I will continue to call Daniel anytime I have more plumbing problems. Thank you Daniel!!

Dan was thorough and did a great job re-piping my main line to accommodate the irrigation system. Will definitely use him again for my next plumbing need.
