Jacob helped us on a roof maintenance and making sure it’s solar panel installation ready. He did a thorough inspection on every corner of the house, including ceiling in attic to provide us the most detailed report we’ve seen compared to the ones done last year and several other roof companies did at the same time. His earnest attitude also earned our trust for what would be done best for our roof top to bottom. This was scheduled and done and a busy holiday season with rains. Most contractors would only allow scheduling to the next year while Jacob did his best to coordinate with his foreman to put our project within a week and updated us proactively so that we could enjoy our holiday without roofing concerns and issues with our solar installation next year. All the jobs were done, solid by the team within a day as they are mostly maintenance but they provide provided me detailed updates throughout the day and offered me to climb up on the roof after the job was done to inspect it myself. All the experience was quite satisfying. I would recommend R&R roofing and Jacob to everyone who needs roofing project. I firmly believe they will take care of it regardless small or big.

Jacob is great! The original roofing company that installed my 3 year new TPO membrane roof on my carport refused to honor warranty and presented a $5000 estimate to repair dripping leaks during the last few weeks of rain. The other roofing company gave me a different opinion on the location of the leak that totally confused me. Jacob meticulously listened to my description and offered to do a water test. He did the water test with utmost attention to detail and discovered that the leak was from three holes in the wall left over from the anchor of a previously replaced downspout, but not in the TPO membrane at all. He carefully caulked up the three holes in the wall and saved me thousands of dollars!
