Jacob is great! The original roofing company that installed my 3 year new TPO membrane roof on my carport refused to honor warranty and presented a $5000 estimate to repair dripping leaks during the last few weeks of rain. The other roofing company gave me a different opinion on the location of the leak that totally confused me. Jacob meticulously listened to my description and offered to do a water test. He did the water test with utmost attention to detail and discovered that the leak was from three holes in the wall left over from the anchor of a previously replaced downspout, but not in the TPO membrane at all. He carefully caulked up the three holes in the wall and saved me thousands of dollars!
