Jacob was the only roofer (of several we had visit) who bothered to go into the attic and find out what was wrong with our roof. He diagnosed the issue and put together a comprehensive plan that addressed our problems without doing work we didn’t need. He put a crew of 5 on our job with one day’s notice to expedite the work before the next rains came and more damage was done. Thanks for the great partnership, Jacob!

I had an excellent experience with R&R Roofing.I noticed water slowly leaking inside the kitchen near the top of the patio door. Jacob showed up within hours of my initial call and communicated his ETA clearly. Even though he had a good idea of what was causing the leak, he took the time to thoroughly inspect other potential problem areas, which gave me great peace of mind.After identifying the cause of the leak, he provided detailed options for short, medium, and long-term solutions. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to ensure the leak was fully addressed before leaving. He stayed late into the evening and even went out to grab more materials on the spot to get the job done right. With rain forecasted to arrive soon after, his quick action made me far less worried about water continuing to leak inside the house.He also shared a full report with pictures of his findings, making it easy to understand the problem and work performed. I highly recommend R&R Roofing for their professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to quality service.

Jacob helped us on a roof maintenance and making sure its solar panel installation ready.He did a thorough inspection on every corner of the house, including ceiling in attic to provide us the most detailed report weve seen compared to the ones done last year and several other roof companies did at the same time. His earnest attitude also earned our trust for what would be done best for our roof top to bottom.This was scheduled and done and a busy holiday season with rains. Most contractors would only allow scheduling to the next year while Jacob did his best to coordinate with his foreman to put our project within a week and updated us proactively so that we could enjoy our holiday without roofing concerns and issues with our solar installation next year.All the jobs were done, solid by the team within a day as they are mostly maintenance but they provided me detailed updates throughout the day and offered me to climb up on the roof after the job was done to inspect it myself. All the experience was quite satisfying.I would recommend R&R roofing and Jacob to everyone who needs roofing project. I firmly believe they will take care of it regardless small or big.
