Agreed upon time to be at my house was 8:30 AM and J&J rang my doorbell at 8:30 AM exactly! They quickly removed all screens, started on my outside windows, and moved to the inside quickly and quietly. I almost forgot they were there. I have over 30 plus windows and the windows were nice and shiny within a few hours. I highly recommend this company!
