Hello, I'm Will with the RPM Team. We are a full-service engineering and project management firm that has extensive experience with residential, commercial and industrial projects. We started our business 3 years ago to solve a common drawback in the design world - delivering expedient design services in an industry plagued by long lead times and delays. We have achieved enormous success with our approach, delivering such projects as Emergency Covid Relief Hospital in Los Angeles, Embarcadero Homeless Navigation Center in San Francisco, several high-profile military projects and countless commercial and residential projects throughout the country. We are expanding our services and are eager to help you with your project regardless the size or complexity. I reached out to this incredible team with a very small request. All I needed was a site plan for the City of San Jose to install a prefab pergola/gazebo. Rather than being blunt that they dont provide those offerings, Will went above and beyond to help and send all my information to his designer so that they can help me out. This speaks volumes of the professional integrity and someone that will go above and beyond to help out. I will definetely reach out to this firm again for all my structural needs and refer them. I needed two sets of Windows added to my two story house. These were new window cutouts. The city required a permit for the load bearing walls. RPM promptly contacted me through Thumbtack. I worked with Will. He answered all my questions and gave me a very competitive estimate vs 3-4 other companies. Will came out, took measurements and got back to me with plans within a few days. The plans were submitted to the city and immediately approved. RPM offered to work with the city if anything came up but nothing did. RPM did a very thorough job of creating the plans and I'm very happy with them. Now- time to get the work started!

I hired the RPM team so I could verify if a wall was load bearing. Wil came out and was easy to work with and explained everything he was seeing. He was able to verify the wall was not load bearing and helped with my renovation! I would hire them again!
