Introduction
Experienced college and high school soccer coach. Coaching players in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as the Santa Cruz area. Played college soccer on the east coast and have been coaching in college since 2008. I have worked as a collegiate head coach as well as assistant coach. I offer private soccer training to clients in the San Francisco Bay Area including but not limited to Oakland and Berkeley. Obtained my NSCAA National Dimploma.
For every athlete I coach a custom designed training plan is developed to fit the individual needs of each player. From the technical aspect of the game to tactical understanding, each player is give the tools they need to succeed at the game of soccer.

Coach Lauren is providing one-on-one personal training for my 11 year old daughter. Coach Lauren has proven to be an invaluable part of my daughter's development and improvement. Coach is very intuitive as to the needs of her clients and prepares for each session accordingly.
