FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way I I like to work with my customers is by first stopping by the customers home to see how the situation is looking, then if I feel comfortable to accept the job I will measure and see how much material will be needed and get a quote from a roofing material store and let the customer know how much I will be charging including material. If the customer is interested in my work I will print out a contract saying what I will be doing and for whom I will be doing it for and also a warranty depending on type of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in roofing since 15 years old I was taught how to install shingles, torch, hot , tpo, tile and silicone coating throughout the years. When I turned 18 I joined my brothers company. I gained most of my experience from my family teaching me and working on the field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off roofing at 15 years old. I come from a family of roofers and when I turned the age of 18 my mother could not work any longer so that is how I got into the trait.
