Sterling has been wonderful and accommodating. My 13 year old child has been in lessons for 6 months, and has been treated with nothing but kindness and patience. Lessons are a great balance of teaching technical skill, while also allowing my child to express their own musical creativity. I was blown away by how well prepared Thorn was to teach my daughter's piano lesson. Thorn came prepared for the lesson having learned the music from my daughter's favorite children's TV show which was very thoughtful and impressive. Thorn had prepared a good lesson plan to teach a fun beginner piano class that was simple enough for a young child to understand. I was impressed by his patience and by his kindness to my daughter.

Sterling is a phenomenal piano teacher! I'm not good at sight reading, I learn by hearing, and Sterling is able to work with my preferences without the shame I experienced from previous piano teachers. There's more than one way to learn and Sterling gets it!
