At Savon Wellness Group, I'm committed to providing personalized fitness and wellness services that align with your goals and lifestyle. We offer a simple monthly subscription service for those who want to have a partner through their fitness and wellness journey. We also offer individual and package services either in person or virtually. These services are negotiable based on travel and time requirements. All clients receive a complimentary initial virtual consultation to discuss goals and assess the best plan for success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A successful wellness journey starts with a deep understanding of your unique needs and goals. Here’s what you can expect: Initial Consultation: We start with a complimentary, in-depth consultation to get to know you, and understand your fitness goals, lifestyle, and any specific challenges. We’ll also discuss your current routines and aspirations to ensure we’re aligned on what success looks like for you. Customized Plan Creation: Based on our conversation, we’ll create a fully personalized plan, including workouts, nutrition strategies, and habit-building practices tailored to your goals. This plan is designed to be both realistic and adaptable, so you can achieve consistent progress. Ongoing Virtual Coaching & Adjustments: Once your plan is in place, we’ll check in weekly via our app and virtual coaching sessions. This allows us to track progress, adjust as needed, and stay aligned with any new goals or lifestyle changes. I'm here to make wellness both effective and sustainable, so you can feel empowered every step of the way! Don't worry if you don't want to use an app and sign up for a monthly subscription service. We also offer in-person and virtual sessions for a more focused engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pride myself on bringing both experience and specialized education to every client’s wellness journey. Starting with my personal training and nutrition coaching certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a leading organization in fitness certification and sports performance training. This credential equips me with a deep understanding of exercise science, human movement, and personalized program design, ensuring clients receive the highest level of professional guidance. In addition, I continuously pursue further education in areas like AI-powered fitness tracking and data analysis to deliver insights that help you see real, measurable results. Combined with years of hands-on experience working with clients across various goals and fitness levels, I'll bring a blend of proven expertise and innovative solutions to support your progress.
