I am looking forward to guiding you in your journey toward healing from the inside out.
My name is Melissa but you can call me Meli. I am based in Oakland and have been training since 2018 all over the Bay in a bunch of different settings. I started my journey at 24 Hour Fitness, moved onto group training at the park and have now transitioned into independent solo sessions. From HIIT style workouts to strength training I will guide you through a custom plan based on your current needs.
I can train all over the Bay Area, you have access to any 24HF when training with me (I can come to you or you can come to Oakland). I am also open to training you at your local/personal gym as long as it is allowed and at an outdoor space like the park as well.
My training style is gracefully gentle. I like to operate from a space of listening to your needs and ensuring that you are always listening to your body. I will support you and push you but I will always encourage you to listen to the voice within when it comes to how much you can handle.
I have the most experience in working with young women but I am open to training anybody who feels called to working with me.
I am passionate about healing from the inside out and that means combining mindful movement with conscious consumption, creative expression and restful reflection. I like to help guide my clients throughout the healing journey with a combination of modalities that support the mind/body/soul as a whole.
