Hi, hello! Welcome to my page. My name is Ugochi and many people call me Coach!
l believe that being fit is more than fitting a certain size or reaching a specific goal.
It is a state of being aware of what our body needs: physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually — in the present.
And loving ourselves enough to make healthy, fitting decisions; one day at a time.
Over the past 15 years of personal training and lifestyle coaching, I formulated a system for life-long body mastery.
My specialties are strength training, fat loss, corrective exercise, hormone and gut health balance.
I also believe in longevity and that you can be fit in any size.
This is why I created this system for body mastery, and I’m always excited to share it with the coachable and committed.
I travel and serve the San Francisco and Oakland areas for in-home personal training and coaching.

I started working with Coach Ugochi because I was looking for someone to help me reach my fitness goals that I was struggling to attain by myself, plus I’m getting married this year and wanted to feel my best!
Coach not only helped me reach those goals, but also taught me so much about movement along the way. We also worked on mindset and nutrition. Game changer!

Working with Coach Ugochi changed my life. I had been dealing with chronic back and knee pain, stress and insomnia, and general health challenges for almost 10 years. She helped me get on a path to healing that far surpassed what any doctor has ever been able to. She spent double the allotted intake time with me, listening intently and documenting my issues, and then set forth a customized plan based on my abilities, limitations, goals, and busy work schedule. Working with Coach Ugochi has been an awesome experience! She is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to health, fitness, and movement but almost more importantly, she is empathetic, patient, and friendly. I always looked forward to our workouts and loved how she struck a balance between meeting me where I was at while also encouraging me to push to the next level. I became highly motivated to work out regularly with her and found her system of “assigning” workouts very helpful to keep me going on days between our sessions. She also helped me take my home garage gym to the next level, suggesting various affordable pieces of equipment and accessories that made a big difference in facilitating my workouts.
