I am passionate about cooking for people and preparing delicious, creative, healthy, and nourishing meals from scratch using the best quality seasonal ingredients.
The main focus of my business is to prepare home cooked meals for people in their homes. I cook for each client based on their specific needs and preferences, and I accommodate any dietary restrictions and requests, including Autoimmune Protocol and anti-inflammatory diets, Keto, Paleo, vegetarian, and vegan.
My food is inspired by many different types of cuisines such as Eastern European, French, German, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Indian, and Japanese. It constantly changes and evolves.
Some of my favorite dishes to prepare include vegetable- and fruit-based dishes. I enjoy preparing seasonal salads, soups, hearty but healthy plant-based dishes, various proteins such as duck, lamb and seafood being among my favorites. I also like to bake, which usually consists of some form of seasonal muffins, breads, crumbles, or or cake. Since many of my clients have gluten sensitivities, over the past couple of years I have developed dessert recipes that are mainly gluten free.
Many of my clients have children and my cooking repertoire includes many dishes that children love to eat and that are full of "hidden vegetables".
Over the course of my career, which includes time working abroad and traveling to foreign destinations, I have cooked for clients from all over the world with discerning palettes. I always maintain high standards throughout the entire process, from planning my menus through preparing and presenting the food.
