Introduction
My passion is helping people thrive by helping them build and sustain loving and kind relationships with themselves and others. I offer coaching services for individuals, couples, parents, and children. My focus is developing positive and loving communication practices.
Using the tenets of improv and self-determination theory, I help couples and families gain momentum and success as they navigate life's obstacles. I have a doctorate in behavioral health, and I conducted research on supporting motivation and psychological needs. I am compassionate and kind. My services are offered remotely and designed to fit each individual couple or family's needs and set them on the road to loving, effective communication.

"Hello Dr. Debra,
It has been a pleasure working with you for the last couple of months. You are very skillful and knowledgeable Thank you for being understanding. You have brought me up to the level where I am able to cope. When I first started counseling I was in pretty good health, but after the surgery I’ve been trying to get out of physical therapy and Be at counseling !!!!!which has been difficult for me. I know that I have two more session, but do to scheduling I am terminating our counseling sessions immediately. Thank you for being an awesome counselor " I would recommend Dr. Moore’s counseling services to anyone that is challenged and need assistance on the how to deal with your feelings and responding toward everyday situations. She has been a blessing to me and my husband. Thank a Million!!!!!

Dr. Dev worked with us to co-design and lead a 9 month, employee-centered, staff development program for our teaching artists and staff. Dev was very effective in working with each team member to identify and work towards their own personal growth goals that also aligned with PCT's program objectives. Dev took the time to curate outside resources to support each individual's unique needs. We continue to work with Dev each year to provide teaching trainings in specialize areas.
They come with a wealth of knowledge, insight, and care to guide individuals and teams to clarify their goals while facilitating agency to discover the steps to realize them. Dev is capable supporting a wide range of organizational and program needs. Coach Dev applied a thoughtful approach to preparing and supporting my son for a summer program. Coach took the time to understand his needs, craft a plan to build inclusion and accountability, and built in flexibility for future behaviors.
Through this coaching, my son was able to identify ways to improve his communication, manage emotion, and prepare for situations that could impact his success. Further, Coach educated the adults that interacted with my son, helping them to recognize behaviors, triggers, and ways they could be more compassionate. I also witnessed Coach interact with children with other disability levels, creating a safe space for them to thrive.
I would recommend Coach Dev for children and adults, and know I have a great resource to turn to as my child continues to develop and grow independently.
