- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for makeup and hair shown on my profile ($150) is not for Bridal makeup and hair services; this is my starting rate for special event/non-bridal services. I can send a Wedding Hair an Services pricing list if requested. The rates reflected on here do not include a travel fee beyond my local radius (San Leandro, San Lorenzo, certain areas of Oakland and Castro Valley). I charge a flat rate for locations beyond the previously mentioned. Once I have your location, I can provide an accurate quote for services and travel fee if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first chat with them to get a thorough idea of what services they are interested in, provide information, insight, suggestions and answer any questions. I then provide a quote for all requested services. Once the quote has been reviewed and accepted I prepare a contract, and send it to the client for review and approval. Once the contract has been signed and retainer has been paid, the event/appointment date is officially confirmed.

California Licensed Esthetician since July 2022, professionally trained by Dermalogica.
