- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not accept any insurance payments. My fee is $150/50-minute session. I offer discounts to people with high levels of motivation, a compelling reason to change, and financial need. I have a strict cancellation/no-show policy. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed, except in cases of illness or medical emergency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to get to know you. Then, I like to get to know what you are wanting coaching to address. If I believe I can help you collaboratively to improve your situation, I will invite you to another session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Drama Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies. I have additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, and Marriage & Family Counseling.
