FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to work with people who are hungry. People come to coaching because they want to change something. If you are committed to the change process, you will know that it takes more than just a couple sessions. That said, I value flexibility and responsiveness. I strike a balance between commitment and flexibility by working on a rolling basis. That means that we find a regular weekly meeting time that ensure you stay accountable to your goals. I ask clients to pay up front for 4 sessions at a time. Sessions are $125/fifty minute session. We continue to check in and move forward as the relationships continues to feel empowered for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first hop on a 30 minute 'chemistry call' so I can get to know you better and you can get a sense of my approach and energy. We'll use 20 minutes of the call to do some coaching and 10 minutes for questions and next steps. If you are ready go to start working together, you book a first session and then we determine a regular meeting date to hold accountability together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my coaching certification with the highly reputed Co-Active Training Institute, based in California with a global reach. I completed the certification over 5 intensive training weekends, 6 months of weekly calls, and over 200 client hours.
