FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our projects on an hourly basis, determined by the scope of work desired. We spend quite a bit of time talking through wants & needs of the project, budget and overall timeline. All these factors determine our overall hours & project pricing. The Client is always in control of how much scope they want to complete and when. Our fees are based on previous project execution and deep understanding of the design process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new Client, we approach each project the same - to learn about who they are, what they are drawn towards and what they desire with the Interiors of their home, hotel, restaurant or hospitality space. Our first step is to determine how the Client is interested in our work; our process is heavily based in trust, connection & alignment of values. We want to be working with people who want to work with us, and see the value of what we can create together. The next step is learning about the project, what the goals are (who, what, when, where, why) to help set a framework for the project scope. Determining an overall timeline, budget & scope of work are the 3 key pieces to being able to provide a fee structure for our services. We like to include a proposal which addresses all Client needs & wants, our fees & overall timeline - which at that point, drives the entire project forward. We are here to provide our best possible service - we are open minded to various budgets, but will always be honest about what is possible, given our expertise in the field through years of Interiors projects.
