We were very impressed by the quality and professionalism that Johnson's Insulation displayed. During Miquan's home inspection, to estimate installing new attic and wall insulation, he was patient with all our questions and gave us good suggestions, such as what type of insulation would qualify for an energy rebate. The first crew performed a complete upgrade of our attic's insulation. They were thorough in removing the messy old fiberglass insulation. They thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sealed the attic and ducts, before installing the high-density batt insulation we requested. They were meticulous in first sealing off the work area from the rest of the house, and in cleaning up once the job was done. We were pleased to see that the workers' health was a priority; they were fully covered in protective clothing and masks. The next day, another crew came to put insulation into uninsulated walls. Soon after starting to drill into walls, the crew discovered some walls already had insulation and stopped the work. Miquan came to recheck the walls, and determined that only a few walls did not yet have insulation. The crew then added insulation into just those walls, then closed up all drill holes. Despite there being a crew of 4 assigned to this job, and much time and materials had been spent to prep areas that ultimately did not need treatment, Miquan billed us only for the work on the small number of walls that did need insulation. We received sincere apologies from everyone for the error, and Miquan mentioned another method he'll use in the future to better identify whether a wall is insulated or not. The way they all handled this situation says much about their integrity and values, more so than if this job had gone perfectly. We would not hesitate to use Johnson's Insulation again, and highly recommend them.

So very pleased with Johnson’s insulation company. Workers were very respectful and took pictures off of the hallway walls to ensure they were not get damaged. They kept My Home clean by putting plastic all around their work area. After removing all the old insulation, they sealed the gaps and then laid new insulation along with a attic tent at the top of my ladder I was especially pleased with section of the attic covered in plywood, which provides me extra storage space for all my holiday decorations I would highly recommend them They arrive promptly at 8 AM and they finished by 3 PM. And cleaned up as they went. Very pleased with the results

Great job from Johnson’s insulation on my attic. They showed up at 8 AM and we’re finished by 3 PM. They cleaned out the old insulation, sealed the gaps, added a attic tent for the top of the ladder and once everything was insulated, they laid plywood down on a portion of the attic for storage space. Miquan even went as far as obtaining a permit from the City Of San Leandro as I have an inspection coming up and we wanted to ensure everything was covered. His team was awesome and easy to work with, and they cleaned up when they were done

Miquan and his team did a great job installing new attic insulation at my place. I could feel instant difference in temperature being maintained. Johnson's Insulation did a great job with our crawl space insulation and vapor barrier. They fit us in on short notice, and the whole process—from inspection to estimate and completing the work—was smooth and efficient. They also sanitized and cleaned up afterward and walked us through to confirm everything was done as expected. We noticed an immediate improvement in the temperature inside our house, making it feel much more comfortable. A reliable and professional service!
