We had a special situation in our house: A kitchen in which the many years we've lived here as renters simply overcame our ability to clean. It was embarrassing and shameful, and effected my life in that I did not want to have visitors or witnesses to the squalor. I was enduring grime that I did not know how to handle. Oddly it had not occurred until recently to hire professionals. Eventually I understood that we needed help. Adrianna's team arrived, were pleasant, professional, non-judgmental when I would have been sensitive to that. In four hours they made the entire space, floor, walls, ceiling(!), appliances, cabinets, counters, sink... in the words of my roommate who's been here for 50 years, "the cleanest I've EVER seen it". I'm aware that this recounting reveals me and my roommate as ineffective cleaners, but this story is essential context in describing the quality and DEPTH of this company's experience with Extreme Deep Cleaning. I'm super happy with their work on this unusual job, and intend to have them back for less deep cleaning.

BETTER QUALITY. 30% MORE EXPENSIVE. A picture is worth a 1000 words. Check out these removed stains & marks!! I had magic marker marks on my wall & doors, and heavy body grease marks on our walls. BAM! Cleaned! Tiny remains where it started to damage the paint, but amazing work!! When pressed, three other cleaners told me they would use soap and water to clean these, and one admitted it probably wont work. It would not have! The owner Adriana knows what she is doing! I asked her about hard water deposits and she said on next trip she can bring special acid for this. This is a next level cleaner, and the owner shows up at your house, so you are getting her attention and care (at least for now, don't know if that continues as she grows). But all in these guys are about $60/hr, while I found other cleaners at about $45/hr who also had good reviews. For me, when I have deep cleaning or specialized cleaning to do, I will come back to Milan!

Milan crew was communicative, clear, and professional. I hired 2 ppl for a 3 hour packing session and they were very efficient and self-directed to the extent I was comfortable. Since I was in the process of sorting things (donate/discard, storage unit, overseas move), I asked them to move a little slower and ask me before packing up some things- they obliged and did a good job with it. Overall, saved me lots of time and stress and got me ready to go.

We needed to clean my sister’s apartment after she had an accident and had to give up her apartment to move in with my family for around the clock care. So this was a very stressful time for our family and I am so grateful for Malon cleaning company helping us to manage that stress and make this process so much easier for us. We like to work with our customers budgets and carry many products to ensure the job gets done. We are negotiable, bottom line is we want to help you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask what the priorities and expectations are when we begin a new task. Everyone has different priorities and ideas of what "clean" means, so communication is key!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of professional experience and am self taught through online tutorials and reading but most of my education comes from product trials for all of the kinds of surfaces and levels of grime. We have tackled some pretty tuff jobs and have learned what chemicals are best for everything.
