I offer a discount if you need a cleaning frequently, either every week, every 15 days or every month. The rates depend on the needs that the client has, such as the number of rooms, bathrooms, if there are pets, windows, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer my help quickly and actively to know your needs, concerns and expectations. depending on that I offer my services and the frequency that your house, studio or apartment needs. I offer you the discount you need and flexibility of schedules.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received a cleaning course to know about the use and knowledge of cleaning products, the necessary equipment to carry out the cleaning, cleaning techniques, and without forgetting the prevention of occupational risks, since these are involved, as well as I have experience in customer service and marketing.
