Hi, I practice somatic unwinding using craniosacral holds and breath guidance. My clients have expressed being more present, energized relaxed and significant release of pent up emotions from past traumas large and small. I have practiced healing arts professionally for over 6 years and am very lucky to have grown up practicing somatic arts with a family grounded in movement and play.
Access to the healing arts is very important to me and inspired the name Common Health Arts. Ideally I would live in a hut on the edge of town grow veggies and chickens and not need to ask for conventional currency.
