- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $900 minimum job size, so we recommend calling a gardener instead for smaller jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request, we will come out and provide a written, emailed price quote and description of work to be provided. This can be approved or declined by simply pushing a button in your email. If approved, we then schedule the job and email an invoice upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews have an experienced team member with an average of more than 8 years experience, who is typically paired with an apprentice. We provide training in safe use of tools and plant identification -- to ensure the proper plants are saved or cleared.
