We were having issues with our dryer showing a blocked exhaust vent error message. Henry came out, inspected the vent, and proactively told us the vent was working fine and it was likely a sensor issue. He could have upsold an unnecessary vent cleaning but was honest and straightforward. Will call him again for any vent cleaning needs.

Henry and his assistance showed up at specified time for HVAC repair, gave reasonable estimate for servicing inflow pipe and collapsed vent pipes. Finished the work in ~2hours, I am really happy with the work they did.

Very professional, arrived on time for the estimate service call and was ready to do the duct cleaning immediately once we liked the price. Was very responsive and patient as we asked a lot of questions about regular HVAC maintenance about ducts, compressor and unit cleaning.

Henry was very responsive and he came the next day after I submitted my request on thumbtack. And he and his guy performed the job on the spot after I accepted his bit. He helped clean the entire ducts (which had not been cleaned for 8 years) and all the exhaust fans in the bathrooms, as well as the AC condenser outside the house. I’m very happy with the quality of the work as well as the responsiveness of Henry
