I do fixed rate only. My price starts at $100 minimum, and I charge $100 for onsite estimate/consultation. If hired, the $100 will go towards the final price. I can help with almost anything related to in-house work. The following are examples of what I can do: flooring, lighting, all types of mounting, most installation needs, light plumbing, painting. I have all the updated and necessary tools! I love what I do! I like how some jobs challenge me to get the task done. I enjoy helping others by making a home a better and pleasant place to live in! 1. Inquired on a Saturday morning to replace a malfunctioning old exterior wall vent for the laundry dryer. New replacement part on-site. 2. Contractor proposed Monday but needed replacement sooner. This was revised for the same day Saturday afternoon at 6 pm and finally to 4 pm. 3. Contractor arrived before 4 pm and completed the removal-replacement of the wall dryer vent plus exterior caulking around the new vent in about 35-minutes. 4. I would dispose of the old part and restore other items. 5. On-line ad specified an hourly rate of $100 but cost proposed-accepted is for completing the customer's job which is the standard. 6. Paid cash on-site upon completion of the project. On-line receipt--Invoice received Monday afternoon with written notation "Paid" and signature. 7. Contractor is a must for future project consideration with great responsiveness, punctuality, work quality in addition to offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

For this review I'm told I have to pick 3 of 5 items of what I liked about Chao? Silly, I liked them all. His work quality was great, he was professional, responsive, valuable and punctual. I needed a television installed on the wall. He was just great. I would hire him back in a second if I needed anything. Terrific. Thankfully there are still people out in the world that do good work. The app works well.
