We had to reschedule to a different day and time the first time as they couldn't come, but we had to cancel again due to my availability. I'm going to have to see if we can pick this project up again in the near future.

Quoted me a good price for recurring yard maintenance and scheduled a day for first service. I noted that the yard was in slightly rough shape, having not been serviced in a few months, and they pushed for a full day's work and debris hauling at 7x the cost. I tried to clarify that this would not be warranted and that the hauling away of debris was not required. However, they appear to have cut off contact and did not come on the agreed date. While I respect the option to politely decline a job, I find this to be unprofessional behavior.
