- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wire Tech Electrical uses Exact Pricing. We do not charge by the hour so there will not be a nasty surprise bill at the end of your service. You will receive a Guaranteed Exact Price in writing before your Electrician starts any diagnostics, electrical repair, or installation, and the price for your repair or installation will not change no matter how long it takes us to complete. Wire Tech Electrical guarantees that our written electrical repair and installation prices will not change, each job must be looked at and evaluated on-site by one of our expert Electricians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to understand your electrical needs, whether it's an installation or upgrade. Next, we conduct a free home visit to assess the project scope and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Our licensed electricians then complete the job efficiently and safely, adhering to all local codes and industry standards. After the work is finished, we perform a final inspection and walkthrough to ensure satisfaction. Customer support is always available for any follow-up questions or future needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of highly trained and certified electricians with extensive education and hands-on experience in the field.
