- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and consistent with the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will set an appointment to inspect damage and provide a bid for our services. In some cases, we can provide an estimate over the phone with email or text pictures of the damage. Once we have an agreement on pricing, then we can schedule the job, and hopefully complete the work on the customer's time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have many years experience ensuring the look and finish of the patch is consistent with existing textures and ready for paint.
