- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is standardized. We offer base pricing, and also provide discounts for monthly subscribers. We offer complete service packages that include discounts across multiple categories of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free assessment and in-person meeting. Once a client is ready to proceed, we complete the online set-up process, which includes forms, such as our BlissMatch behavior matching form and vet records. Once you are set-up as a client, you have access to all of our services, and can request, cancel, or modify services simply, online or through our app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in dog CPR, training, and dog care practices. We also constantly participate in ongoing professional development coursework and seminars through our professional organization memberships. Our clients come first, so we have a robust professional review, training, and development process in place to help us achieve our goal to exceed client expectations at every step in the process. All of our contractors and workers must meet rigid quality control guidelines. Depending on the area of expertise, contractors and workers must either hold professional degrees and certifications, or participate in training programs developed by Bliss Bound Hound. All Bliss Bound Hound training programs are designed to meet or exceed requirements of industry standard professional level certification and educational programs.
