Quoted $550 for Balcony inspection, later increased to $2000. It is inspection , not repair ! I wouldn’t work again

Sorry Siva you are unhappy with our price change, but since we first spoke this pass June. As I briefly explained, we are moving away from providing 3 unit and under 3E inspections... Now mid October, we are geared on the 3 unit and over SB-721 and SB-326 inspections. The later employ a different tool set, and inspection techniques... Plus have a different level of assurance. And they are billed on a per unit basis, and not a per building basis... Wishing you a fruitful continued search. Juan
