With personalized, high-intensity training, we help athletes of all levels improve daily, emphasizing skill development, conditioning, game strategy, and mentorship. Beyond basketball, we prepare players for life, teaching perseverance, discipline, and the value of effort.
HWBT also offers training for MOMS AND DADS, creating a family-friendly environment where parents can stay active and share the basketball journey with their kids.

Coach JT has surpassed any and all expectations I had in a trainer. Not only is he knowledgeable on his craft, he is compassionate, easy to talk to, and a great motivator! I played ball in college and was in great shape, however after kids and life, i lost it. I didn’t realize it would be this hard trying to get back in shape in my 30’s. Actually, I was close to giving up on this program week 3 due to knee pain being that I haven’t engaged in this type of rigorous type of activity in years. It was so bad, I broke down in tears, I was that discouraged and thought maybe I couldn’t do it. However, he inspired and encouraged me to keep going. He didn’t judge me on how out of shape I was. He met me where I was at and he’s helping me build up my strength, endurance, and self esteem. You can tell he truly cares. I thank Coach JT for all he’s done so far. I look forward to continue working with him and excited on seeing my progress and development. I 100% recommend him to anyone who’s either looking to get back out on the court or either looking to hone in on your skills. He’s absolutely exceptional!

Coach JT IS THE BEST!! My son is 11yo and came into his training program with ZERO confidence and minimal skills. After working closely with Coach JT, he now is one of the best kids on his middle school team and has a level of confidence that I have never seen on the court. I highly recommend and we will be back after the season.

Working with coach JT with my son has been a good experience because he touch bases other than just sports life period. Things to be successful. Also responsibility’s on and off the court or field.
