- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give a fair price and never charge too much for labor. You’ll never pay more than $120 if I can get the job done on the first visit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First visit is usually a diagnosis unless I can fix it with your permission after a quote. Usually I have to order a part which usually comes in within 2 days and I’ll come by to finish the job. I never charge until the job is done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to appliance technician school during the pandemic and got hands on training until they let me take jobs out on the field. The first year wasn’t easy but I’m more than comfortable taking on any type of job now with the experience I have
