Improve communication between clients and service providers. My service provider was supposed to be here between 3 and 5pm. He showed up at 7pm apologizing profusely and asking to do the work. He said it was his birthday. I told him he could go home to celebrate because he wasn't going to work in my house tonight.

Atlant Appliance repaired my dryer. first their communication is excellent! they respond quickly and are so nice. i had to cancel and reschedule and i cancelled on short notice but it was not a problem and rescheduling was not an issue. they showed up at the noted time, did the repair without an issue and their pricing is great and doable! i will definitely contact them for any appliance repairs i need. i really appreciate how easy it all went and how kind and polite they are.
