Jump City was wonderful to work with! Booking on their user friendly website was wonderful and youre able to see right then if your desired bounce unit is available. Rain was set for our initial plans so Samantha was awesome with letting us see how bad the weather got and we were able to change dates for my Sons birthday. They made a potentially stressful situation a total breeze. Communication is top notch and they do a great job of texting ahead of your event date to lock in the arrival and departure times. I highly recommend using Samantha and Bens awesome bounce houses through Jump City. My Son and the neighbor kids had a total blast. We will definitely be using them again for future events

We were so happy with our experience with Jump City Rentals! Calling for information they were very helpful and kind. They came out a few days prior to our party to look at the space we were wanting to put the bounce house, they looked to make sure there was enough space for them to bring it in and they looked at where we were wanting to hook it up at. During the process I had a few questions and was able to communicate over text. The day of the party the 2 gentleman were so nice. They were there probably a total of 30 minutes. They vacuumed inside for any leafs that might have blown in and the took a spray bottle and cloth and wiped around the inside and out to make it look nice. They were all very kind, professional and provided really great customer service. We will definitely use them again!
