- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is no higher than I need it to be to stay in business. It covers ingredients and my time. Many projects can take up to an entire day to create, and in some cases, a couple of days. On the upside, paying one person to do a job is still cheaper than one person with an employee or assistant. As I work alone, my prices are fairly competitive.

I would love to hear about what you would like, and work with you toward creating that project for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been baking since I was hardly tall enough to reach a kitchen counter, and have trained with some top pastry chefs, while I was living in Europe.
