- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job instead of by the hour and provide an accurate quote before we begin any work. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will only pay our diagnostic fee. If you decide to fix your appliance the service call fee will go towards the repair cost. All my prices are reasonable and i'm looking forward to servicing your appliance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because I want our quote to be based on facts not speculation. I will show and diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote for the job.
