Elena was incredible from the start of my request process through drop off! She was not only extremely responsive and accommodating with our requests, but she was a wonderful guide the day of our tour. Her car was incredibly clean, she was a safe and great driver, and was extremely kind. She even dropped the bottles we purchased back at our hotel when we went on our last tasting (and left us a bottle of champagne, to boot!). I couldn't recommend Elena more - I will definitely use her on my next trip!

Working with Elena and ESO Tours was the absolute best! Elena arrived on time and greeted us with a smile. We spent a full day in Napa and she was kind enough to pack snacks, water and a bottle of champagne for us to share! She also suggested wineries along the way which we absolutely loved visiting. I would HIGHLY recommend using ESO Tours!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate for 4 pass sedan $60/hr with six hours minimum. Hourly rate for 7 pass SUV $70/hr with six hours minimum. All fees are included, driver's gratuity on customers' own discretion. We offer a complementary cheese plate,snacks and bottled water during wine tasting or beer tasting tours. Discounted flat rates are available with booking 10+ hours.
