Update to remove a star after initial review. He removed the carpet and the baseboards, but threw away the covers for the phone jacks and the chain for the light string is missing. It was known to fall off if pulled to hard, but it's flat out missing. He didn't even tell us about these damages he made. I text him asking about the chain and he denied it. I mean, I know the chain was there before and now it isn't anywhere to be found. Sure, our house isn't the nicest, but I care about it and to have things just disregarded is disappointing.
