- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My regular price is very fair given my background and understanding of where the students are at their level. I do provide to have a free consultation with my student via online before we discuss the next steps as I care about quality instead of just receiving the payment then leave. For this service, my student will get to know who I am and what I'm here for and get to know each other's personalities. Once we realize we can work together we will straightly move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am going to assess my students' language capability, start planning my students' study schedule, make a consultation appointment with them as well as getting a clear understanding of what the students need and own expectations for our language lessons are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching consistently for over 10 years in Hong Kong as well as in the States (Dallas, Seattle) and feel well equipped to helping my students to improve their own language skills.
