Long Life was great, Roman came out the same day just a couple of hours after I called for a non-working freezer. The service charge was reasonable just for his promptness and professionalism. In this case, the cost of the repair outweighed the cost of a new appliance but Roman was quick, honest, and helpful. He even tried to make sure the freezer kept cool for just a wee bit longer while we look for a new appliance. Thanks so much, we very much appreciated it!

Roman came out to fix a freezer that was not freezing items. Then, the freezer worked but the fridge started freezing everything and the electronic panel did not adjust temperature. Roman came out three separate times and did not charge beyond the initial service call and part needed. Was honest and upfront about costs. Would use Roman again for other appliance repair needs.
