Roman was first to respond and even available on a Sunday. Our dryer had given out and having someone who was available for an immediate repair was a life-saver. He showed up on time, was courteous (removed his shoes because he had just run out of shoe covers), professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue (disassembled, replaced the parts that had given out on our nearly 20 year old machine, cleaned out the interior of the unit, reassembled the machine, cleaned up, and walked us through what had been done all in under 90 minutes) for a fair price (within the range of what other pros had quoted). We would definitely hire him again and will make sure to contact him if we have other appliances break down us.

Roman came over to inspect my dryer and see if he can fix it at what cost. He was very responsive, told me what it needed and the price which was reasonable. He was with the dryer over an hour and fixed everything very well. Now, I can hardly hear my dryer and it behaves like a new dryer! I'm very happy Roman fixed it so well and when other appliances need a little help, I will call Roman.

Long Life was great, Roman came out the same day just a couple of hours after I called for a non-working freezer. The service charge was reasonable just for his promptness and professionalism. In this case, the cost of the repair outweighed the cost of a new appliance but Roman was quick, honest, and helpful. He even tried to make sure the freezer kept cool for just a wee bit longer while we look for a new appliance. Thanks so much, we very much appreciated it!
