- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by having a thorough consultation to gather all the necessary details about the event and understand your drink preferences. I believe in being clear about the budget, so we can meet your expectations without going over your desired spending limit. To confirm the booking, I'll kindly ask for reservation to secure the date. I am always open to scheduling a phone call to chat more about the event.
